Brute force territory. 8 puzzles, 71 to 79 bits, the realistic GPU targets. About $3,983,296 at the current price.

The deep middle. 40 puzzles, 80 to 129 bits, beyond any brute force. About $27,882,976 at the current price.

The high range. 30 puzzles, 130 to 160 bits, kangaroo and quantum territory. About $28,977,597 at the current price.

Of the total, 88.5 BTC sits on the 6 puzzles with deliberately exposed public keys. Those coins are the quantum canary: the first place a capable quantum computer would show its hand.

Why nobody just takes it

The prize is enormous, and it is guarded by nothing but arithmetic. Every key range is public. There is no trick, no hidden clue, no legal barrier. The only obstacle is that the remaining ranges are so large that searching them exhausts hardware, electricity budgets and lifetimes long before they exhaust the keyspace. That is the entire lesson of the puzzle: the same arithmetic protects every ordinary Bitcoin wallet, with a keyspace about 1029 times larger than even the hardest puzzle here.
